Analytics Reporting Privacy

Google OAuth app: SEOPress acresmillvet. Effective date: November 4, 2026.

Scope and operator

This notice describes the planned optional Google Analytics reporting connection named SEOPress acresmillvet for https://acresmillvet.com/. If enabled by an authorized account holder, it will operate as described below. The responsible operator is Phil Good. This connection is for website-performance reporting by an account owner or authorized administrator, not Google sign-in for general website visitors.

Permission and information accessed

If authorized, the connection requests the Google Analytics read-only permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly). That permission can make Analytics resources available that the connected account is entitled to read; an administrator selects the reporting property. The connection can read property-selection information and Analytics reports requested by SEOPress, such as visitor and session counts, page-traffic statistics, traffic sources, and device or geographic summaries. It receives authorization credentials, including an access token and, when provided, a refresh token. The requested permission does not itself grant access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files, or permission to change Analytics settings. Reports are not necessarily anonymous, especially where URLs or small reporting groups are involved.

Use and disclosures

The planned purpose is internal website-performance reporting, operational review, troubleshooting, and maintaining this reporting connection. Google processes API requests and supplies Analytics information under its own terms and privacy policies. Google-derived information is to be used only for the authorized reporting purpose and its necessary operation or security, or as required by applicable law. The connection must be operated in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Phil Good may use AI-assisted tools to read or summarize the Analytics reports for internal website-performance review. Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Reports are not otherwise shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Storage and access

When connected, SEOPress stores connection credentials in the WordPress installation and may cache report results locally. Refresh credentials support subsequent authorized requests but can expire or be revoked. Administrators, authorized maintenance personnel, and hosting or backup providers with relevant system access may be able to process stored credentials or reports while operating the website. Exports and operational reports can create additional copies. Access to stored credentials and cached reports is limited to the WordPress administrator (Phil Good) and the hosting provider, including its infrastructure and backups, which can technically reach site files and databases. No other contractors are given access to them. Credentials are not shared outside the WordPress installation.

Retention and deletion

Credentials, cached reports, exports, and backups can have different retention periods. Revoking access does not automatically erase those copies or delete information held in Google Analytics. Credentials and cached reports are kept while the connection is active and are removed when the connection is disconnected. You may ask for deletion of locally held connection data and reports by emailing **@**********et.com from the account concerned; the request is verified against the authorizing account before action. Exports made by the administrator are deleted with the request. Copies in hosting backups are not edited individually and expire under the hosting provider’s normal backup rotation. Data may be kept longer only where the law requires.

Revoking Google access

The authorizing account holder can review and remove this app’s access through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents further access under that authorization; it does not by itself remove previously stored reports or data held by Google. A request to remove local connection data is separate from revocation. A future reconnection requires a new authorization.

Separate visitor and product disclosures

This notice covers only the administrative Analytics reporting connection. It does not cover visitor tracking or other website or product services, which require separate disclosures. It does not authorize installing tracking code or changing a visitor’s cookie-consent choice. Google’s own data practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

Contact and changes

Questions and requests, including privacy and deletion requests, can be sent to **@**********et.com or directed through the acresmillvet.com contact page. Identify the reporting connection and account concerned; do not send passwords, authentication codes, or tokens. Before accessing additional types of Google user data or using Google-derived information for a new purpose, we will update this notice, notify affected users, and obtain their consent before that access or use begins.
